The Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice (Code) regulates program content on commercial free-to-air television.

The Code provides a formal complaints process for matters pertaining to the Code. A copy of the Code is available at the Free TV Australia website
, or you can write to Free TV Australia, 44 Avenue Road, Mosman, NSW, 2088.

If you wish to make a complaint under the Code, you can either:

a) Lodge your complaint via the Free TV Electronic Lodgement System; or
b) Write a letter and mail it to Complaints Officer, Nine Network Pty Ltd, PO Box 27, Willoughby, NSW, 2068. Please ensure that your complaint includes your name and address.

When making a Code complaint you do not need to indicate the Code provisions pursuant to which you wish to make a complaint but please provide us with enough specific information about the issue to respond, including the name of the program or description of the material the subject of complaint and the relevant date and time you viewed the material.
