Holden returned in 2017 as the NRL’s official Auto partner, with the aim to engage Aussie sports fans. However, much like Holden, NRL isn’t just for the ‘die hards’ and Holden recognised an opportunity to use this premium partnership to connect with a broader and more diverse audience on a broader and more diverse range of topics.
Holden in consultation with Carat Connect commissioned 9Powered Studios to produce a content series to run inside Nine's NRL broadcast with extensions through TVCs and social. These “Lets Go There Moments” aim to showcase the power of possibilities platform that Holden created across their partnership portfolio. Our challenge was to unearth stories from the NRL that have not yet been heard, or to retell those which had in a way that inspired a new audience.
